Introducing Lorna Blackmore

The most powerful motivating factor is the cause.

What if organisations were designed not just for performance, but for people to genuinely thrive?

I believe that happens when businesses create cultures built on trust, clarity, inclusion and purpose, where people understand the part they play, feel connected to something meaningful and are given the confidence and support to grow.

Through leadership communication, culture shaping, mentoring and transformation, I always aim to create environments where people can do their best work and feel valued while doing it.

This is me!

Strategic communications leader, runner and cyclist. With a British and Malaysian-born Chinese heritage, I value different perspectives and the role culture plays in communication and connection. I’m someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, whether that’s helping organisations navigate change, shaping meaningful communications or simply finding perspective on a long run or ride. Calm under pressure and naturally adaptable, I'm usually the person quietly solving the problem while everyone else is still deciding whose fault it is!

Coming from a foodie family, food has always been about far more than what’s on the plate, it’s about different cultures and bringing people together. Growing up around many flavours, traditions and shared meals sparked a curiosity for experiences and storytelling that still influences how I connect with others today. I love discovering new restaurants, cooking for friends or planning holidays around food and think some of the best conversations and ideas happen around a table.

Myers Briggs type |ENFP

The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator ENFP personality type is often described as energetic, creative and people-oriented, with a natural ability to inspire and connect ideas. ENFPs tend to thrive in environments that involve communication, collaboration and innovation, bringing enthusiasm and curiosity to new opportunities and challenges. They are typically strong relationship-builders, motivated by purpose and driven by the potential to create positive change. ENFPs are also highly adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity and thinking strategically about possibilities and future direction. At their best, they combine emotional intelligence, creativity and big-picture thinking to engage and influence others effectively.
